WWII Recipe

1 pound of failure of the treaty of Versailles
7 gallons of hatred
10 tablespoons of fascism and military
5 cups of Hitler
2 tablespoons of regret and appeasement
3 teaspoons of the failure of the league of nations
1 cup of treaties
3 quarts of backstabbing
4 tablespoons of ignorance
1 big heap of lust for power
Bake for 6 years and you've got your World War

Bowl 1.
First put the failure of the treaty of Versailles into a mixing bowl and let it thaw from its chunk of ice for five minuets. When you come back there will be seven cups of hatred in the bowl, mix thoroughly. Then sprinkle the five cups of Hitler evenly, as if you were putting the last sprinkles on a cake, and watch the reaction. Wait until the whole bowl has turned into the color of the Hitler then add the fascism and military as quick as a cheetah runs. Add half the treaties into this bowl and then add the backstabbing 5 minuets later. Lastly put int the lust quickly and let it sit for a while about five minuets then mix with second bowl.

Bowl 2.
In another bowl put in the regret and appeasement of the western nations and then add the failure of the league of nations without a second thought.Add the last half of the treaties into this bowl. Mix in the ignorance, like two paints combined to create a new color, and let it sit till you are ready with first bowl.

Final instructions:
Mix both bowls together and then place in a mixer and mix for 10 minuets or until the mixture starts to harden like a rock and then quickly place it in a cake tin and bake for six years. By the end the six years the cake will be done and finished.

Your recipe poem on world war II was really good with extra detail such as hatred rather than just including the six cause of world war two that Mr Coyle had given us in the notes. You also have events pretty much in order which add to the depth of the poem. Well done :D

Your recipe poem was really good and had lots of interesting word choices that made it good. I like your directions they were good and it did show how WWII started. One thing to work on would be to change a couple of spelling mistakes that you have.
Great job!

Jonathan, i liked the way you wrote your poem, having four parts, and you had the seriousness, and it was very realistic with was GOOD. my thought about the ingredients [art was for the amount of each different things, i really think it is related to the real WWII.

Jonathan ! I think you did a really good job getting all the parts together . The two different bowls add a really good effect to the whole thing. Like nat said, you could work on your spelling a bit, but other wise, nicely done (:
